Is my data secure?
We use business-grade accounts with data-training turned off, give each tool only the access it needs, and document where your data lives. For firms that can't send client data to the cloud at all, our Private On-Site AI runs the models on hardware in your office, with each client's data walled off from the others.
What happens when the AI makes a mistake?
It will sometimes, which is why we build a human check into every workflow that touches money, clients or compliance. AI drafts, sorts and prepares; your people review and approve. In accounting firms, every output is reviewed by your CPAs before it goes anywhere.
Who owns the work?
You do. Your data, accounts, automations and documentation belong to your business. Software accounts are set up in your company's name, and you get written playbooks so you're never locked in to us.
How long is the contract?
The audit and the setup are one-time, fixed-price projects. Ongoing support is an annual agreement with a 2-year minimum, billed monthly. Every term is spelled out in your agreement before you sign anything.
Do I need to replace my current software?
Usually not. We start with what you already use, like QuickBooks Online, your email and your estimating tools, and only recommend a change when it clearly pays for itself.
How is restaurant pricing different?
Restaurant groups on Restaurant365 pay a one-time $9,950 setup for the group, then $1,500 per restaurant per month. Add a location and it's added to your reporting, alerts and marketing for the same per-restaurant rate.
Do you work outside Maryland?
Our office is in Annapolis and we come to you, in person, anywhere in Maryland and DC. The first conversation is a free Google Meet call; setup and training happen at your office, live with your team.
